2008

The flagship company, Era Infra Engineering Ltd., surpasses turnover of Rs 1400 crore.

Era Infra Engineering's, EPC & International Division is awarded:

	The prestigious Bahadurgarh-Rohtak project for construction of a 63.49 km four/six- lane highway with bypass at Bahadurgarh and Rohtak.
	The esteemed Delhi Metro Rail Corporation project for the design and construction of Dwarka Sector-21 underground station, approach cut & cover tunnel and connected works.

Era Infra Engineering Ltd. is awarded the prestigious Golden Peacock National Training Award at the 9th International Conference for Corporate Governance, in London.

2007

The Group Companies Era Constructions (India) Ltd., Era Metal Building Systems Ltd. and Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd. are rechristened as Era Infra Engineering Ltd., Era Buildsys Ltd. and Era Landmarks Ltd.

Era Infra Engineering forms four Strategic Business Divisions – Construction & Contracts Division, EPC & International Division, Equipment Management Division and Ready Mix Concrete Division.

Era E-Zone (India) Ltd. enters the retail format of multi-screens and cineplexes across various locations in the country.

Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd. expands its operations through townships, condominiums, malls and IT parks.

Era Power (India) Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated to address the unfolding power generation opportunities in the country and overseas.

2006

Era Constructions (India) Ltd. bags its first BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) project on an annuity basis from NHAI and crosses the Rs 375crore mark in annual turnover.

Era Constructions (India) Ltd. diversifies its presence by entering the highway and railway sectors.

Era Constructions (India) Ltd. lists on the National Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Europe, through its GDR offering.

Era Financial Services (India) Ltd. is rechristened as Era E-Zone (India) Ltd. for operating the Group's cineplex retail business.

2005
	The third Group Company- Era Metal Building Systems Ltd- is incorporated, as a backward integration initiative, for manufacturing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
	The fourth Group Company - Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd. comes into existence as a part of the Group's vertical integration objective to focus on real estate projects.
2004
	Era Constructions (India) Ltd. is awarded the prestigious thermal power project by National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. at Sipat.
2003
	Era Constructions (India) Ltd. receives the stringent ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
2000
	Era Constructions (India) Ltd. gets the ISO certification.
1999
	Era Constructions (India) Ltd. is awarded its first mega power plant project.
1995
	Era Constructions (India) Ltd. proposes an Initial Public Offer to the market and the company is listed on the Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.
1992
	The second Group Company -- Era Financial Services (India) Ltd. – is formed for operating in the financial services space in India.
	Era Constructions (India) Pvt. Ltd. gets converted into a public limited company under a new name, namely Era Constructions (India) Ltd.
1990
	The first Group Company - Era Constructions (India) Private Limited – is formed as an individual business entity.
1987
	Era Group is incorporated as a partnership firm.
