The incumbent should have more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and at least 5 to 7 years in RMC business at a senior position with a reputed brand group.
The candidate should have through knowledge of RMC business standards and crusher need as well quality issues in RMC.
Should have good knowledge of all techno/marketing functions including sales and marketing.
Should have good exposure to product promotions and marketing strategies in institutional sales.
Should be able to co-ordinate closely with corporate clients and creating Era brand name in RMC market.
