Roofing Panels: ERADEK Hi-Rib*/ERADEK Extra Hi-rib*/ Clipon*

Cladding Panels: ERADEK Hi-Rib/ ERADEK Extra Hi-rib*/ Clipon* All the panels are available in Galvalume and galvanised steel substrates and in premium colour coating viz. Architectural Polyseter, Siliconised Polyseter, Siliconised Polyster or Fluoropolymer for permanent appearance. All the roof and wall coverings are supplied with custom accessories such as flashing, cappings, gutters, trims, fasteners etc. formed out of the same substrates and coatings as the roof and wall covering panels.

ERADEK Hi-Rib* roofing may be fastened by conventional crest fixing to limber and steel supports: Use only crest fixing for roof & forwall cladding valley fixing.

Important: All fasteners located in pan should be as close as possible to ribs as shown.

Fixing Through Crest to Steel Supports
For steel upto 5.3 mm thick No. 12-14 x 45 mm (self drilling).
For steel upto 6.5 mm + over no. 12-14 x 55 mm with pre-drilled holes.

ERADEK HI-RIB*/ Extra Hi-rib* ROOF & WALL CLADDING: ERADEK Hi-Rib*/ Extra Hi-rib* a pierced fixed roof and wall covering system, consists of structurally engineered profiled panels, available in single lengths upto 12m and fixed by means of self-drilling fasteners. It can be used for roof slopes as low as 3 deg. (1 in 20) in single sheet length, 5 deg (approx 1 in 12) with end laps. ERADEK Hi-Rib*/ Extra Hi-rib* panels can be used as internal liners for double skin roof and wall construction with or without insulation. ERADEK Hi-Rib*/ Extra Hi-rib* curved panels are also offered for special architectural requirements.

ERADEK ClIPPON* ROOF & WALL CLADDINGS: ERADEK Clippon* is a concealed fixed snap-on seam roof/wall covering system that consists of structurally strong high ribbed panels with wide fluted pans for efficient water shedding and are fixed by means of concealed clips. All the ribs are clipped on and are interlocked. No penetration is done for its fixation to the roof or wall framing. These are ideally suited for high intensity rainfall regions and can be used on slopes as low as 2 deg. (approx 1 in 30) for single sheet length, 3 deg. (approx 1 in 20) with end laps.

Fixing through Pans to steel supports (for walls only)
For steel upto 4.5 mm thick No. 12-14 x 20 mm (self drilling). For steel upto 4.6 mm + over as above but with pre-drilled holes. Fastening side laps + attaching flashing no. 10-12 x 20 mm (stitching screws).

SPECIFICATION

ERADEK roof & wall cladding system is available in the following base materials in standard execution.

• Galvalume* high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ 150 (min. 150gms/m 2) Zinc-aluminium alloy coating mass, total of both sides. 550MPa/300MPa yield strength
• Galvanized cold rolled steel as per IS: 277 and IS: 513 (min. 175gms/m 2 Zinc coating mass total of both sides. 240MPa yield strength
• Tolerance: Length: +0-10 mm, Cover width : + 6mm
• Packing: in strapped bundles (one ton max. mass for steel)

Length: Available in any length between 1000 mm to 1200 mm cut to suit customer's requirement. (Lengths above 6000mm subject to transportation limitation).
