manufacturing plants in North India at Pantnagar, Uttaranchal and serving Pan India through its
plant at Nagpur, Maharashtra. We have a multitalented workforce to enter into multifaceted

To expand its
services Era buildsys has expanded itself into three strategic divisions:
ENGINEERING DIVISION:-
- Today Era Buildsys is the only company who provides the Engineering & design
- For RCC structures designing we use softwares like Staad -Pro &Midas and for
designing highways, Amex roads software is being used.
- Our software generate the BOQ/ Design Codes, fabrication and erection drawings and too provides the automatic generated programming and coding for our installed CNC machines for fabrication which minimize the time by almost 50% compared to other systems.
- EBL Design Centre delivers quick, accurate and cost effective solutions like railway
overbridges, steel girders etc to name a few.
MANUFACTURING DIVISION:-
- EBL have two automated manufacturing plants one in North India at Pantnagar, Uttarachal and other one covering Pan India near Nagpur, Maharashtra. EBL has machine installed capacity to manufacture steel structures to serve the market need with one of the widest product range in Indian industry.
- Plant also has Vertical drill machines used for drilling holes in connections and base
plates.
- Drilling operation is carried on CNC automatic drilling and punching machines and 3D
axial machines for precise bolted connections.
- The plant is equipped with 8 dedicated Submerged Arc Welding(SAW) machines and
two heavy structure machines are under installation with semi automatic and automatic
welding, butt welding, flange and WEB SAW welding, tilting both sides welding, pre
heating and straightening with options of stable rimmed and fast travelling for H-Beam,
box beam and T-Section.
- Almost all machines are sourced from global reputed suppliers.
EXECUTION DIVISION:-
- We also have a very strong experienced erection team to convert a dream into reality.
- We have delivered from highways to railways projects. (Including metro projects),
from industrial to power projects, from institutions to airport projects, from industrial
high rise buildings to multistoried buildings, from automobile to cement industry, from
construction to cement industry and many more.
