Era Buildsys Ltd. provides cost effective and efficient working solution by offering Metal Deck System giving greater span capacity, higher live load capability and a reduction in concrete usage. This is produced from cold roll formed sections to support reinforcement for concrete floor slabs. The flexibility of decking profile design allows steel to be meticulously proportioned to the architectural design as per requirements.

 

Decksheets are manufactured in variety of thickness based on live load. 0.63mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.25mm,1.60mm,2.00mm in standard length subject to transport restrictions.

LOAD TABLES

The structural adequacy of metal deck section is established by choosing the section to provide requisite sectional modules to satisfy moment and deflection criterion. A moment coefficient of 1/8 is used for single and dual spans and 1/10 for 3 or more span. The deflection coefficients are 0.013 for single span and 0.0078 for multi spans. The maximum deflection of the metal decks are restricted to L/250 under uniformity distributed loads.
